Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we'll gladly accept your return request and offer a full refund within 7 days of your order's arrival, as long as the item is NOT deemed Final Sale. Return requests issued between 7 and 15 days of the order's arrival are eligible for store credit as long as the item is NOT deemed Final Sale.

Which items are considered "Final Sale"?

  • Any item purchased with a promotional discount, used a coupon or from the "Sale" section is FINAL SALE 
  • Ring sizes outside of the standard Size 7
  • Clip-on earring styles
  • Personalized or custom-made pieces
  • Items without the original packaging
  • Worn, used, modified, or damaged items
  • Returns initiated after 15 days
  • First time purchase with code 15% off is Final Sale 

How can I start my return?

To process your return for a refund or store credit.

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields HERE and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you'd like to return
  • Once the return request is approved, you'll receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item

Return Shipping Instructions 

All items must be properly packaged with padding and in a box to protect against damage in transit. For a full refund, the package must be insured and postmarked within seven (7) days of order arrival. Bounkit is not responsible for any shipments that are damaged or lost in transit. 

Who's responsible for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for any charges related to return shipping, and we cannot refund original shipping charges.

Will I have to pay a restocking fee?

 No, there is no charge for returning a product. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 7 working days.

How do I use store credit?

Returns postmarked within 15 days of receipt by customer are eligible for store credit. Once your return is processed, you'll be sent a store credit via email in the form of an electronic gift card. If you're returning a gift and would like a store credit, please provide the correct email address for the store credit.

Returns after 15 days are NOT accepted.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged product, please send a photo to our team at; we are happy to work with our customers and offer replacements within 7 days of purchase.
