At Bounkit, we prioritize customer satisfaction above all. Should your order fail to meet your expectations, we gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding Final Sale items. If you require more information about a product prior to purchasing, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. Our team is dedicated to providing a personalized shopping experience, whether it's through additional product visuals or scheduled video calls, ensuring that you receive the attention you deserve.



  • Kindly note that all items purchased using a promotional discount or code, including the initial 15% off for first-time purchases, are considered final sale.
  • Please note that items from 'The Vault', featuring discounted prices, are considered final sale.
  • Clip On earring styles. Our clip-on earring styles are meticulously crafted. Once we have customized your earrings by adding a clip-on backing, please understand that it is not feasible for us to reverse this alteration.
  • Ring sizes outside of the standard Size 7.
  • Please be advised that personalized or custom-made pieces created upon request are non-returnable.
  • Items that have been worn, used, modified, or damaged are not eligible for returns.


    To process your return for a refund or store credit.

    • Enter your order number and email address in the fields HERE and click Start.
    • Follow the instructions and select the items you'd like to return.
    • Once the return request is approved, you'll receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.



    All items must be properly packaged with padding and in a box to protect against damage in transit. For a full refund, the package must be insured and postmarked within seven (7) days of order arrival. Bounkit is not responsible for any shipments that are damaged or lost in transit. 

    Who's responsible for return shipping?

    The customer is responsible for any charges related to return shipping, and we cannot refund original shipping charges.

    Will I have to pay a restocking fee?

    No, there is no charge for returning a product. 

    How soon will I get my refund?

    Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 7 working days.

    What happens if my product arrives damaged?

    If you receive a damaged product, please send a photo to our team at; we are happy to work with our customers and offer replacements within 7 days of purchase.
