Returns & Exchanges
At Bounkit, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We want you to shop with complete confidence. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we gladly accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
Eligible items may be returned for a full refund when your return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery and the item is returned in its original condition.
Store Credit or Exchange
We are pleased to offer a store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery for:
- Rings in sizes other than our standard Size 7.
- Earrings that have been customized with clip-on backs.
Store credit never expires, allowing you to shop with us whenever you're ready.
Final Sale Items
Only items clearly marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit. This includes pieces from our Last Chance Collection, which are clearly identified as Final Sale on the product page.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Final Sale items.
- Personalized or custom-made pieces created upon request.
- Items that have been worn, used, altered, modified, or damaged after delivery.
How to Start a Return
To request a refund, exchange, or store credit:
- Enter your order number and email address in the return portal.
- Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you'll receive an email with the next steps and return instructions.
Return Shipping
Please package your return carefully using appropriate protective padding and a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
To remain eligible for a full refund, your return shipment must be postmarked within seven (7) days of delivery.
For your protection, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and using a trackable shipping service. Bounkit is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during return transit.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Is There a Restocking Fee?
No. We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your return.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing customerservice@bounkit.com and include clear photos of the item and its packaging.
Our team will review your claim promptly and, when applicable, arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution.
