We promise to delivery an exquisite handcrafted semi precious jewelry piece made with uncompromising quality. Every product is designed and created as an heirloom to be held for generations. Every piece is custom produced on receipt of your order. All our production, involving meticulous handmade techniques is done in our factory in New York City. All designs are handcrafted from scratch with a keen eye to details, this adds to our delivery ETA. But, we make sure that this wait is worth the while, and the jewelry you receive is something you’ll cherish forever.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Bounkit's default shipping method is the UPS. Everything on the site is made to order, please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to make your jewels. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please Note: These delivery timeframes do not include the production time and only cover time in transit. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us HERE so we can further assist in expediting your order if possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
If your country is not available to ship to, please email customerservice@bounkit.com and we will assist you with your purchase.
Bounkit accepts no risk of merchandise loss due to international shipment. All risk passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Bounkit has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
REFUSED SHIPMENT
If you choose to refuse your shipment from Bounkit, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or custom charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.
PRIVACY
Bounkit takes the utmost of care to ensure your privacy. However, we are required to provide customs authorities with basic shipment and product information. Please note all international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your shipment tracking number. Please allow a minimum of one business day to see movement. If you are having trouble with your tracking number, please email: customerservice@bounkit.com for any questions related to your order or delivery.
LOST PACKAGES
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or missing items once they have been shipped.
IN-STORE PICK UP
Bounkit offers store pick up at Bounkit Showroom at 35 W 31st Street Suite 1102 New York, NY 10001.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am - 5pm on Monday - Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
