Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

If your item is not in production yet then yes you can change or cancel your order.

By signing in to My Account you can:

1- Cancel your order

2- Change your delivery address

3- Change your shipping method

4- Update gift bag and gift card options

How quickly can I get my order?

All BOUNKIT jewelry is made to order. Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after placing, however during holidays and sales please allow additional time to ship due to high demand. Then it takes about 1-3 additional days by UPS to reach you, depending on the shipping option you select.

Do you offer gift wrapping and gift receipts?

Every piece of Bounkit jewelry arrives individually packaged in a custom felt pouch and jewelry box. If you would like to add a personalized note or gift receipt to your order, please specify in the "Add a Gift Note" section during checkout. 

Do you offer Gift Cards?

How long does shipping take?

We promise to deliver an exquisite handcrafted semi precious jewelry piece made with uncompromising quality. Every product is designed and created as an heirloom to be held for generations. Every piece is custom produced on receipt of your order. All our production, involving meticulous handmade techniques is done in our factory in New York City. All designs are handcrafted from scratch with a keen eye to details, this adds to our delivery ETA. But, we make sure that this wait is worth the while, and the jewelry you receive is something you’ll cherish forever. 

 

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note this is made to order.

How is my order shipped?

All packages are shipped via USPS and UPS within the US. Packages sent to all other destinations are shipped via UPS or DHL. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order has been shipped. 

We offer the below expedited shipping options at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited shipping time frames begin once your order has been dispatched from our New York facility, not from the day your order was placed.

Will I be charged duties & taxes for orders shipped to the US?

The cost of duties will vary based on the order total. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer on international shipments.

What is the Return & Exchange policy?

Full price Items: Easy 7-day returns and free 15-day exchanges/store credit on unworn, non-final sale items.

Customized & Discounted Items: Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed once the return package has been received. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Returns - How Do I Return My Item?

Returning an item couldn't be easier. Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt. This excludes items purchased in the sale or with a promotion code. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase.

Please make sure your items are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund. Customized items are non-returnable/ non-refundable.

JEWELRY CARE, MATERIALS & SIZING

What materials do you use?

Bounkit jewelry is designed and handcrafted to last a lifetime, using high-quality materials and featuring our signature brushed finish.

All of our pieces are cast out of the highest quality brass and then plated in either 14 karat gold or rhodium, a nickel-free silver-toned metal. Our products do not contain any nickel, a common allergen. 

Our gemstones are custom designed in our new york studio and hand cut in India & Brasil. For more information regarding our gemstones, see our Materials page.

What is rhodium and what does it consist of? 

All of our silver-toned pieces are created by plating rhodium over high-quality brass. Rhodium is a bright, silver-coloured metal that is part of the platinum group, making it higher quality and more durable than sterling silver.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

To prolong the life of your jewelry with proper care, we recommend storing it in the Bounkit pouch that comes with your order, avoiding water and lotions, and cleaning it with a non-abrasive polishing cloth. 

Do your pieces tarnish?

We design and handcraft our products using long-lasting, high-quality materials. However, if your jewelry is overexposed to water, perfume, sun, or chemicals, some tarnishing may occur. 

We will replace pieces that have tarnished over time due to normal wear and tear. For more information, visit our 

Do you offer repairs?

Repairs or replacements are covered under our lifetime warranty, free of charge. This covers the normal wear and tear of a well-loved item, including any fading that may occur over time, as well as manufacturing defects. Mistreatment of the item is not covered, such as improper use or storage of the product, lost items, or damages caused by accident.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as the option to split payments into installments via Klarna.

We also offer express checkout via ShopPay, PayPal, and Google Pay.

How do I use a discount or offer code?

To apply a discount code to your order, enter the code in the “Gift card or discount code” field at checkout.
If the discount code field does not appear, it is because you have a discounted item in-cart or a promotion applied.*Discount codes and promotion codes cannot be applied retroactively and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or offers.
