How quickly can I get my order?
All BOUNKIT jewelry is made to order. Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after placing, however during holidays and sales please allow additional time to ship due to high demand. Then it takes about 1-3 additional days by UPS to reach you, depending on the shipping option you select.
Can I Order Gift Cards?
To purchase a gift card for use online visit our GIFT CARD PAGE.
Gift cards are available to buy in the value of between $25 and $1000. They can be purchased in USD and are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
To redeem a gift card online, simply enter the gift card code in the GIFT / OFFER CODE box on your Shopping Cart page and click UPDATE.
Please note that e-cards will be processed and emailed during working hours (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm GMT).
Can I Have My Order Gift Wrapped?
We offer our beautiful signature gift packaging free of charge - Your gift order will be packed in our signature box in a Bounkit Box tied with ribbon.
If you would like to include a gift message in your parcel please fill out the GIFT MESSAGE section during the checkout process. Your message will be printed on branded Bounkit stationery exactly as you have entered it on the website and we will include a gift receipt rather than an invoice.
How Do I Use A Promotion Or Offer Code?
To redeem a Promotion or Offer Code, add the code to the GIFT / OFFER CODE
box on your Checkout page and click UPDATE.
The following conditions apply:
• Only one code can be used per transaction.
• Codes can only be applied to full price pieces (they are not available on sale pieces).

How does loyalty work?

Bounkit online gift vouchers are also accepted as a method of payment.
We also partner with Klarna and offer 'pay in four ' as a method of payment. This option is available to customers in the UK, US, Austria, Finland and Germany. A minimum spend of $100/$155/$130 is required to avail this service.
We show prices and accept payment in the following currencies: British Pounds, US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, Euros, Hong Kong Dollars, Singapore Dollars and Chinese Yuan.
You are free to pay in the currency of your choice and you can change your payment currency in the website footer. If you change your currency, prices will be converted at the daily exchange rates published by the ECB (view rates).

Caring For and Wearing Your Jewelry
To help protect the durability and high-quality of your jewelry, remove your jewelry when you shower, bathe or engage in heavy exercise, particularly when swimming in the sea or a chlorinated swimming pool.
All of our gemstones are natural and therefore can be vulnerable to absorbing dirt and to chipping. Settings may also become loose over-time.
Avoid spraying perfume, applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your jewellery.
Keep your jewellery away from extreme temperatures, humidity or sunlight.
Avoid wearing your jewelry when using bleach, cleaning products and other chemicals.
How to Store Your Jewelry
We highly recommend that you store your jewelry in the original Bounkit packaging provided or another suitably lined box or soft pouch and place a small packet of desiccant crystals in the packaging if you live in a humid climate.
Ideally store your pieces of jewelry separately, so that they don't rub together or become tangled.
Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean metal as they can cause scratching.
Cleaning Precious Metals
To keep your jewelry looking radiant and to remove the build-up of dirt and premature tarnish we recommend using a polishing cloth. Rub the piece in one direction rather than circular motions.
A Silver cleaner can be used to clean Sterling Silver pieces but not 18ct Rose or Yellow Gold Vermeil.
Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean metal as they can cause scratching.
How to Prevent Tarnishing
All our Sterling Silver products are protected with an anti-tarnish solution to help prevent tarnish but this may eventually wear with time.
Silver tarnishes rapidly when exposed to certain substances in our everyday lives so we recommend caring for, wearing and storing your jewelry as mentioned above.
How can I check status or track my order?
Customers will receive an email notification each time Bounkit change the order status until it's shipped. 'Pending' status means your order is currently in production. If you don't receive any notifications, please check your "Spam" folder.

We promise to deliver an exquisite handcrafted semi precious jewelry piece made with uncompromising quality. Every product is designed and created as an heirloom to be held for generations. Every piece is custom produced on receipt of your order. All our production, involving meticulous handmade techniques is done in our factory in New York City. All designs are handcrafted from scratch with a keen eye to details, this adds to our delivery ETA. But, we make sure that this wait is worth the while, and the jewelry you receive is something you’ll cherish forever.
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note this is made to order.

Bounkit collaborates with three carriers DHL , USPS and UPS for shipping orders to customers.
All US orders received free UPS ground shipping. We offer the below expedited shipping options at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited shipping time frames begin once your order has been dispatched from our New York facility, not from the day your order was placed.

Returns - How Do I Return My Item?
Returning an item couldn't be easier. Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt. This excludes items purchased in the sale or with a promotion code. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase.
Please make sure your items are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund. Customized items are non-returnable/ non-refundable.
Processing your Refund
Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 5 days of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
Returns - Can I Return My Customized Item?
Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is faulty.
WARRANTY & REPAIRS
What Is Your Warranty + Lifetime Repairs Service?
All jewelry should be professionally cleaned and inspected once a year. If there is a problem with your Bounkit jewelry piece, please contact us for repair to prevent more extensive damage or loss.
Luckily every handcrafted Bounkit piece comes with a lifetime Warranty. Whether the loose stones need to be tightened, earring’s closure loose or tight, and cleaning your jewelry, we will repair it free of charge.
However, if your beads need restringing or any stones have to be changed, the Customer Care Team will be in touch to let you know the cost before we replace those items.

What Do I Do If My Jewelry Is Lost Or Stolen?
Unfortunately, our Lifetime Warranty does not cover the loss or theft of any pieces. We would advise you to contact your home, contents or travel insurance company to make a claim with them directly. We are happy to provide any proof of purchase information that you may need, to request this information please contact our Customer Care Team, or login to your online account to view your order history.
