However, if your beads need restringing or any stones need to be replaced, the Customer Care Team will be in touch to let you know the cost before we replace those items.
Lifetime Warranty does not cover the loss or theft of any pieces. We would advise you to contact your home, contents or travel insurance company to make a claim with them directly.
