- Return Request must be made within 7 days of receipt of package for exchange, refund or store credit.
- Full price merchandise only. Custom Made, Discounted and Sale merchandise are final sale.
- Items must be returned in original condition, must be unworn and must have Bounkit Tag attached.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns will be refunded in original form of payment to the customer unless otherwise noted within seven (7) business days.
- Gift certificates are entitled to a store credit.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and tags or labels.
- Returned merchandise between 7 and 20 days, an exchange or store credit will be provided.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- All items must be properly packaged with padding and in a box to ensure against damage in transit.
- The package must be insured and postmarked within seven (7) days of receipt of package.
- A copy of the original Sales receipt should be included with the package.
- Bounkit is not responsible for any shipments that are damaged or lost in transit.
Choosing metal plating option different from the original design portrayed in the first preview thumbnail is considered a custom change, and the item will be considered final sale. Closure options are not considered a customization. Choosing rings sizes only size 7 and 8 are eligible for full refund, all other sizes are eligible for store credit.
