Can I change or update my order?
To make any changes to your order, please email us at cutomerservice@bounkit.com. If your order is still in our facility we will do our best to accommodate your request. Shipping
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.
Please allow 1-3 business days for order fulfillment. Due to the handmade nature of our products and based on availability of materials, some orders may take 5-7 business days to fulfil.
As soon as your order is fulfilled, a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information.
Once an order has been fulfilled we are unable to make any changes to the shipping method or delivery location/date.
Please note that we do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Every piece of Bounkit Jewelry is covered by lifetime warranty on receipt of a valid proof of purchase. This warranty applies to all of our products purchased at Bounkit.
