How quickly can I get my order?

All BOUNKIT jewelry is made to order. Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after placing, however during holidays and sales please allow additional time to ship due to high demand. It then takes about 1-5 additional days by Fedex to reach you, depending on the shipping option you select.

Do you make custom jewelry?

Bounkit specializes in creation of unique jewelry pieces and if you have any special requests, please contact us. Custom jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange, all sales are considered final.

How can I check status or track my order?

Customers will receive an email notification each time Bounkit change the order status until it's shipped. 'Pending' status means your order is currently in production. If you don't receive any notifications, please check your "Spam" folder.

Do you use only natural stones for your products?

Bounkit uses only natural semi precious stones and most of his gemstones are hand crafted from India. He also uses different metal such 14K gold plated over brass, Silver Plated ( Vermeil) Rose Gold and Rhodium to manufacture all products.

What shipping options do you offer?

For all US customers we offer shipping via UPS and Fedex, as well as a In-Store Pickup option. We ship via Fedex worldwide.

Do you ship internationally?

Bounkit ships to most international destinations via Fedex International. Please note that we cannot be responsible for additional costs, such as customs, duties, VAT, taxes, etc. You may need to contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.

NOTE: Fedex does not currently ship to individuals in Russia. UPS is the only available service for Russia.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. We offer gift packaging in our exclusive Bounkit packaging.  A personalized gift message could be included as well.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

Only New York State residents have to pay 8.875% Sales Tax.

What is your return policy?

We hope your Bounkit purchase has exceeded your expectations and our company is committed to your complete satisfaction! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept our products back for exchange, refund or store credit within 14 days after the delivery date. Can I cancel an order I placed online?

If you want to cancel or modify your order, please send an message through online form as soon as possible.  All refunds are proceeded and paid within 7 business days after receiving it back.

What warranty do you have for Bounkit products?

Bounkit warranty policy covers basic repairs and manufacturing defects for one calendar year. For more information, please visit our Warranty & Repairs section.

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe from your newsletters?

You may subscribe through the Newsletter Sign Up form at the bottom of each Bounkit.com webpages. You can unsubscribe by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our newsletters.

Is it safe to order from Bounkit.com website?

Bounkit.com has an online commerce environment that is absolutely 100% safe and secure. We use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) an advanced security protocol that protects your personal information and ensures secure online ordering. All payments are processed through PayPal, Authoreze.net and Braintree who provide a world-class security for buyers.
